      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two separate contracts - one for internet and phone and another for cable for some reason and when I go to change the SEPA Mandat in my online account I only see the internet/phone contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me change my cable contract SEPA&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lastschriftmandat, please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In "My Vodafone" you can "connect 2 different user accounts". Login and beside your name click on the gear symbol and then choose below "connect accounts" and follow the instructions. If it works you can change your sepa mandat .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you go to kabel.vodafone.de and login there to change the sepa mandat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck with that.&lt;img id="thumbup" class="emoticon emoticon-thumbup" src="https://forum.vodafone.de/html/@929CB104E9842E64CFFA4DDBA9219E92/images/emoticons/15x15_smiley-thumbup.gif" alt="" title="" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but the two contracts are under the same customer number so there is only one account. I can see both contracts under contract data (at kabel.vodadone.de) but when I go to change the bank details I don't get a second tab for the cable contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was hoping an admin could point me to the sepa form so I can send it in or maybe they can figure out why the second contract doesn't show up under bank account settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That was quick, got an email an hour ago that the request was processed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And now, when I go to my online account, I can actually see the cable contract under bank details and I can change the SEPA account as well if it changes in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like the cable contract had something weird going on in the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then you can also change the bank details.
