Hi Team,

I am moving out from Germany and my colleague would like to take over my cabel internet contract and she is staying in same apartment, could you please help me here?

i need support in english.

Hello HD3,

I'll be glad to help you. Terminate your contract in writing and let us know when and where you are moving to. Then send us your de-registration certificate. Your colleague will just sign a new contract with us.

Hi HD3,

it is correct, termination is subject to a statutory period of notice of 3 months. The fees must be paid by then. You can send the equipment in advance, the details can be found in the cancellation confirmation.

I have sent a post email to Vodafone to transfer the contract from my name to my flatmate's name.

Along with the letter I have also sent a formula which i have received from your departement via email.

could you please help me with the information that by when it will be done? i have sent the letter today Morning.

Your documents were stored and processed yesterday in your customer data. The registration certificate from the possibly new contractual partner is still missing. Only when you send it to us, the whole thing can be checked completely. Your colleagues also sent you a letter yesterday.

she is not going to register in Munich as she will be doing in and out in Munich.

so in that scenario, can you please help me to terminate my services and she will find a different provider.

could you please confirm once you cancel the service and tell me where i have to return the box.

so if you want to cancel the contract, I'll renew the cancellation to 24.10.2018, which was already confirmed with our letter from 26.06.2018.

I have 3 more questions-

1. could you please send me cancellation confirmation email for future reference?

2. i know as per law i have to pay until oct - could you please share the total amount with me, so that before leaving i will keep that much amount in my bank account.

3. Once you get the router, will i get any confirmation email from Vodafone.

Thank you once again for cancelling my services, i have also shared a document to proof of my new address and employment in India.
