Since he has higher internet speed so we can not need.

I have written request to you with contract details and address proof via post to address

We have prematurely terminated your contract due to moving to another contract partner.Termination of the agreement will take effect on 16.09.2018. A written confirmation will be sent to your new address.

I have few doubts:

you said it will be effective from 16.09. doees that mean i will be charged for internet till 16.09?

if yes, may i know the reason for this long time?

yes, the contract will be charged until September.

Actually, you have no right to terminate the contract prematurely. If two customers move in together, we terminate one of the contracts prematurely as a gesture of goodwill with a period of three months.
