&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have my internet with Vodafone (got a friend to call when I had issues then)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And I have recently ordered one of the tv packages. I received an order confirmation and nothing else. A week later, i still hadn't received my tv package. Then, I had a friend call on my behalf, a box was sent, arrived on Saturday. I set it up today. I originally couldn't understand why I didn't have the tv channels I'd ordered (19 June this order was made). So, I logged onto my account to see what was going on, only to find there are now two tv contracts. I have no idea how this happened. And need help deciphering and fixing this. I still want the original package I ordered premium pack with International English channels.&lt;/P&gt;
