Mehrzahlung trotz Kündigung

I have got following situation.

I moved from my old place to the new one in November 2017. I gave a call to Vodafone to close my old contract and open a new one for the new place. Operator confirmed that the old one was closed and the new one was valid from December 2017. Despite the fact that I was waiting for almost one month, eventually I have got the Internet.

A couple of months ago, I was checking my bank account and I realized that I am still paying for my old contract. Since December 2017!

I called Vodafone hotline and they confirmed that there was a mistake from Vodafone side and that I need to contact another department (kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com). They said that I will definitely get my money back.

Since 2-3 months I am fighting with Vodafone to get my money back, but kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com always says no. Without any explanation. I wrote 3 letters, but no success.

This is not acceptable. The answers from Vodafone side are controversial. The latest email I received from kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com suggested to create post here.

Can anyone support me with my issue?

As I can see, you had already sent us all the necessary documents.

I have therefore arranged for the overcharged amounts to be credited. Depending on how quickly colleagues can process this, the reimbursement will take place in July, but at the latest in August.
