I want to change my tariff to Red 25. Currently it is Red 400. Can you please change it to Red 25.

I'd be happy to help you change your plan. Please send me your customer data (customer number, name and address) by private message, so that I can look at your contract. Get back to this post as soon as you have sent me the data.

First of all, the 25 Mbit/s rate is no longer available, but Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable for 29,99 Euro/month. But I'll look at your contract first.

Hi Jigsjp,

we changed your tariff to 32 MBit/s. This change will take effect on 20.07.2018, when the first year of the contract is expires.
