I’m a service member and will be leaving Germany at the end of July. I would like help cancelling my contract by mid august 2018. Thanks for the help!

In this case we need a written notice from you and a copy of your marching order stating that you are leaving Germany.

You can do all this about us in the forum.

Hello Wcoffin1987,

i need the following data and proof from you:

Name, old address, new address, customer number, moving date and deregistration from Germany

Send me everything together with the link to your contribution in a private message and report you afterwards again briefly here.

Please keep in mind that the termination will take place according to the Telecommunications Act (moving date + 3 months). Termination by mid-August 2018 is therefore not possible.
