Cancel Contract

I have left Germany last March 2018.

I would like to cancel my contract.

I have the "Abmeldebestatigung" from the city office.

I tried uploading it to the vodafone website but did not work.

I am being charged every month.

Please help cancel the contract as soon as possible.

I've adjusted the resignation to today. There will be no refund, as you have only now sent us the "Abmeldebestätigung". I'm sorry.
