Problem mit Vertragsauflösung

Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut, entschuldige bitte mein Englisch.

I want to cancel my internet contract with Vodafone / Kabel Deutschland as I will be leaving Germany at the end of June and moving to the US. I have already sent a written cancellation letter stating this intention 3 months ago, and have sent another last week with a copy of my Abmeldung. However, I received an email yesterday asking me to provide a new rental contract or Meldebestätigung in the US, which I do not have.

What can I do to ensure my contract is cancelled by the end of the month?

The contract can not be terminated at the end of the month. The periode of notice is 3 months from the day of the move. As proof you can send us the deregistration from germany.

Hi Tina,

I had already sent a termination notice 3 months ago via Einschreiben. I had also sent a noticed last Friday with a copy of my Abmeldung (which I can provide again).
