Contract Cancellation

Dear Sir,

on 16th April 2018 I ordered a Vodafone Kabel connection but till 19th April i didn't received it and i went on vaccation, I received an email from vodafone that my contract is cancelled but at the same time 63 euro fee was deducted from my bank account and i haven't got my refund back. Please let me know that what i have to do? because due to language problem call center cannot understand me.

Hi Ahmed,

you're sure you mean the cable contract. A notice confirmation has been defined for a mobile contract. The Internet & Phone contract only exists since 28.05.2018.

Dear Sir,

I have attached the contract etter that i have received and for this connection (mentioned in the attached letter) i need my refund.

Actually i ordered a vodafone cable contract on 16.05.2018 but did not received router and my contract got canceled but still amount of 63 euros deducted from my bank account.

then i ordered a new one and that is activated from 28.05.2018. And is working perfectly.

I am asking for my refund for the one i ordered previously and got canceled, Details can be found in the attached letter. My order number for that was 19411834

I cannot find any debit under the customer number over 63 euros. Please send me the invoice number via PM and then contact me here in the thread.
