      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Vodafone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was promised a Neflix account for 12 months before agreeing for a new contract (GigaTV box).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, I am not able to register on Netflix using the instructions sent to me with the courier.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is clearly written on your website that Netflix promo doesnt exist any more.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please explain, why I was lied about Netflix?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please refund me monthly Netflix subscription that i was promised.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your quick reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wrongly informed by your customer care team. I was told that I will get it for sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I consider it as cheating to mislead people to sign a new contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I have to cancel my contract and send the GigaTV box back, juse because of Vodafone's lack of transparency.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand that the promotion is valid till the stock lasts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the customers should be informed about that before booking a contract (as I did by phone).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had your company been honest, you should have admitted your mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Such marketing strategies to fool people dont help for sure....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
