      <description>Hallo,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I received my router last Saturday. I connected the cable to the data port and tried to access via WIFI but no internet connection. I tried calling the customer service hotline several times but I was only hanged-up because I am an English speaker. Before I finish explaining my concern, the other line is cutting the call off. I am new in Germany and I could not speak and understand well in Deutsch. I hope somebody can help me fix the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you very much in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Oh finally....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you Jens for the message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have 3 connections. I connected the cable in the data port to router.&lt;BR /&gt;I am using mobile then, so I tried to connect via WIFI.&lt;BR /&gt;I was able to get an access to the WIFI but no internet connection.&lt;BR /&gt;The cable were fix very well therefore no reason for loose connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this will be fixed as I need an internet soon. But if it takes more time, I'd rather cancel the contract.&lt;BR /&gt;How long do you think can send a technician to check the problem? I am available Monday at 1pm</description>
