Termination of Contract- Prevent Automatic Prolongation

Dear Madame/Sir,

I would like to ask about the due course to be taken in order to cancel my Internet+Cable contract and prevent its automatic prolongation. I tried consulting one of the Vodafone branches, but due to language barriers I could not understand exactly what to do. Officially my current contract expires on August 18th 2018.

which contract should be cancelled, TV or internet & phones? The cancellation of the contract(s), i can set in the system

May I ask why you want to quit?

Thank you for the kind response.

I have 1 contract including the internet and tv service.
I want to quit because by the time of the end of the contract i will be moving out. So I want to make sure it is cancelled duly and not automatically prolonged after the end of its current term.

I just want to make sure that the internet service will remain available till the end of the contract term on 18th of August 2018. Or is the cancellation going to be effective immediately?

Hello Nur17,

internet & telephone will be finished on 18.08.2018, the TV package on 25.08.2018. You still get the confirmation, there it is also once again in it.
