New Vodafone Client - Waiting For FRITZ!Box 6490 To Be Delivered

Hallo

I signed up last week for Internet and Cable TV. Today I received the Vodafone GigaTV Box, but no router. Can anyone please help me on how the process works? Will Vodafone send the Router seperately or do I have to contact them to send it?

Hi Elandre,

you get a technician from us to install the connection. He then brings the Fritzbox to the appointment. That's why it wasn't sent.
