      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some help with my account. I am moving my home internet to another provider and they say that they need a response from Vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my accout detail with Vodafone I see that the cancellation is in process but it has been like this for months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can Someone give me advice how I can get an update on why this is delayed and how I can complete this transaction?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried calling the helpline but the support people are unable to assit in English and my German is too bad to get the results I need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen many people ask if there is an english support line and to be told no.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are we really talking about a cable connection here?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is the transfer planned for the same location or are you also changing residence?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Did you order the service to be transferred to the new provider at the end of the existing contract with Vodafone?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If so, did you cancel your existing contract yourself or did the new provider take care of that?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the new provider was charged with cancellation, did you receive any confirmation from them regarding dates/timelines?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If transfer was ordered for the end of the existing contract, has the contract end date with Vodafone already arrived?&lt;/LI&gt;
