Wifi disconnect frequently

My vodafone base router disconnects about every 20 minute, then I can not find my Wifi name anymore and all devices are disconnected. I have to reboot the router again and again. After rebooting, the wifi name and password will change back to the initial one.

please help.

Hey @ericachan1251,

the little button on the back will reset the router to factory settings.

If you reset the router by diconnecting and reconnecting the power cable, the WLAN password should stay the same.
