Hi! On the phone line, it states in the menu that English is an available option by saying "Operator". I have attempted this twice, but have been given only German speakers both times. Considering that ~20% of Berlin does not speak German at this point (and increasing year-by-year), are there plans to add full English support? Thanks!

I understand you, but we do not offer English support on the hotline. For any support in English we have our forum, Facebook or Twitter.
