Hello,

During 2-3 years, we had a Vodafone contract (internet/TV/phone) in the name of my husband that we knew the client and contract number, received all the letters and everything. A few months ago one door-to-door salesperson came to your house and informed us that we could get a cheaper contract cancelling that one and doing a new one with him in my name (wife). We did what he said, my husband contract was cancelled (we returned back the devices) and seems that a new one started because we received new devices and everything is working. My problem is: I am moving to Italy and must cancel the new contract, but I haven't any information (customer/contract) about it, I have only the devices installed at home. When we (husband/wife) log in in the MeinVodafone the only contract that shows up is the old one already cancelled.

May someone help me ? Thanks.

Can I report a change of address without a customer number or contract, just using my name?

No, you will need the contract information in order to verify yourself.

And you will have received the information about your contract with the devices.
