    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am writing to request assistance with my &lt;STRONG&gt;MeineVodafone&lt;/STRONG&gt; account as I am currently stuck in a technical loop regarding my contract registration and address update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Problem:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently moved to a new address and need to update my contact details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract was not previously linked to my online account. When I try to add it now, the system requires an &lt;STRONG&gt;Activation Code (Aktivierungscode)&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I request a new code, the system automatically sends it to my &lt;STRONG&gt;old address&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which I no longer have access to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because I cannot receive the code at my old home, I am unable to manage my account or update my billing info.&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please assist me here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I apologize for writing in English; my German is currently limited. Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
