    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a Vodafone Kabel contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are planning to move to a new apartment on July 20, 2025.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new apartment does not have a Vodafone Kabel service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thus, I try to use the online moving service to cancel the Kabel contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the online moving service does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to some Vodafone stores and called different telephone numbers more than 10 times, but no one could help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some only say German and refuse to answer me in English.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The others say English, but they say they do not have access to do so/their computers have problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone help me?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I am very sure about that. The new address does not have Kabel. The staff in the Vodafone stores also help me check that, only DSL, no Kabel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the new one has Kabel, I think I could use the moving service easily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;About the screenshot, based on my understanding, it just wants me to call the number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
