MeinVodafone App SMS Login & Internet Passwort funktioniert nicht

Hallo weder Internet Passwort noch SMS Code funktioniert seit circa 2 Tagen nicht mehr.

Habe bereits geschätzt 5 mal die App entfernt & reinstalliert und auch ältere APK Dateien der MeinVodafone App installiert überall exakt das gleiche. Wäre echt super nett wenn dies so schnell wie möglich behoben werden könnte da ich mich ohne App Bonus nur per WLAN einloggen kann und da funktionieren nur diese beiden Optionen zum Login 😟

Funktioniert denn der Login über die Web-Version in einem Browser?

Ansonsten meld Dich gern nochmal über eine der folgenden Möglichkeiten bei uns.

Ja natürlich das funktioniert, aber muss ja über die App einloggen um den App Bonus zu bekommen und die gigagarantie zu nutzen. Ohne Mobile Daten bin ich derzeit echt aufgeschmissen unterwegs.

Woran kann das denn sonst noch liegen?

Und über die neue aktualisierte App aus dem Play Store als Update geht es auch nicht mit Internet Passwort bzw. SMS 😟

Meld Dich dazu bitte mal über eine der folgenden Möglichkeiten, damit wir uns das Problem nochmal genauer anschauen können.

Ja ich habe einen Freund gebeten das bei sich auch mal zu versuchen und bei ihm klappt es ebenfalls nicht. Ihr Moderatoren habt doch sicher auch als Netz Vodafone 😉 versucht es doch auch mal. Stand heute 27.12. es geht noch immer nicht.

der Login über SMS-Code funktioniert aus technischen Gründen momentan nicht über SMS, die anderen Login-Arten sollten jedoch funktionieren. Bitte wende Dich an unseren Service und lass prüfen, wie wir Dir helfen können.

The number in your page is not reachable for callya users. I can't login myvodafone app via both phone number or username.

Need urgent help to solve the issue asap.

Do you mean via call? This number is for written communication only.

Did you already tried to reinstall the app?

1. yes I reinstalled the app, but still both “email login” and "phone number login" do not work. Any other ways?

this number is not assigned. Can anyone check what's happnening.

The best way to help you is to get in contact with us directly.

The number 0172 2290229 is for calling our callya team. The number 0172 2000229 is for messaging via WhatsApp or SMS. For the last one, our digital assistant TOBi will ask some questions in German (pls use a translator if needed). After you answered his question he will forward your msg to the team and they will support you in English.

I'm sorry I can't give you any more help.

1. as mentioned, the callya phone 0172 2290229 is not reachable. if you press "3" to connect with customer hotline, it always says "the number is not assigned". In such case, how can I reach callya team for help?

2. by messaging whatsapp, it directs me to "phone call" ......

1. It' weird that you can't reach them by phone. 😳 I honestly don't know why it won't work.

The 3rd point is for retrieving the unlock code. Pls use 2 for an agent to speak (in German) or 4 for an english speaking agent.

2. Just ignore the direction of TOBi for a call back and be persitent by being forwarded to an agent.

Regarding to the app problem, there sadly is a problem with the password at the moment so you can't log in.

Pls try to login via the web version and change your password. Atferwards you should be able to log into the app again.

-----> this is not the reality. Maybe you call the number yourself first. Press"3" is connecitng to hotline but always not reachable.

2. I just tried to change my password, but still can't login app with user name or phone number.

Do you know where I can find my data package information on web portal?

When you are on the start page, please click on the phone number/ subscriber on the menu button and then on overview.

Es ist 4 Monate später und diese technischen Gründe die den SMS Login unmöglich machen sind immer noch nicht behoben worden?
