Hello,

I have submitted the relocation/address change order. Where I can see this status (accepted by Vodafone/confirmation by Vodafone...etc)in my Vodafone account?

And what is the cost for relocation?

Hello @Dande1 ,

Go to the website https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/account/login.
Enter your access data.
On the start page, you can click on the desired contract.
Under the tab "Meine Produkte" - "Bearbeitungsstand" you can now enter your order number and your full name.

The relocation costs 39,99 Euro.

I had submitted the relocation request and I have confirmation from vodaphone. The move in date 30.8.23. till now connection is not working. Customer care said that everything is fine. It will work from 30.08,16 hrs. But it is not working..internet symbol is blinking. What is the solution?
