Meinkabel Login Mobile Application

Hope you are doing well.

I want to update my MeinKabel bank details on the mobile application but unfortunately since i contracted with Vodafone, i have never received the Username and password to access to the app.

Could you please help me by providing this and grant me access to the application to make this urgent update?

first you need to create an account in Mein Vodafone. There you can add the cable contract and then also access it.

Hello,

I have an account in Mein Vodafone for my mobile contract which works perfectly well.

For the Kabel, i didnt receive any contract information as the subscription was made by one of Vodafone agent that came to my apartment and fixed the topic.

im struggling since a while with this.

Could you please advise how we can remediate on this?

Hi ALDE,

you have not received an order confirmation with an activation code? Do you know your customer number? You have to add the contract on this page if you know the customer number. If you don't have an activation code, you can request it through the page.

Thanks for the follow up.

i asked for the activation code, i added my contract and now able to access to my Kabel profile on MeineVodafone app.

However i dont find the section where i can update my IBAN (Like for the Mobile profile).

This is my main concern to have the bank details updated.

The page is in German and not easily self explaning at all.

How can i check the current bank details used? And How can i update them if the change was not considered yet (I already sent a SEPA form for this purpose weeks ago).

Believe me i made the effort to translate but didn't find anything related to Bank account infos.

Please be so kind and provide detailed steps where to go, explain the specific section title to use....instead of just sending a link and leave people fighting to find the information.

I'm really tired since Dec 21 trying to solve this issue, used all the possible ways and until today no one is ready to support properly...Unbelievable !

Hi ALDE,

the easiest way is to use the browser version of Mein Vodafone to change the bank details. If you are in the cable contract, you will find the Bank Details tile under Billing & Usage Data. You can then change them there.

Is it too complicated to provide the exact complete path ?because im not able to find the "Billing & usage data" section in the website.

The only section related to this is the "Bankverbindung" under

"Rechnungen & Verbrauchsdaten" and there

I can't see the bank details stored.
'Appreciate please some more support.

Hi Alde,

the path looks like this.

Privatkunden/Mein Kabel/Rechnung & Verbrauchsdaten/Bankverbindung

If no bank details are displayed there, then none are stored, or there should be an info in a red box. Below this there is a button called "Bankverbindung einrichten". If you click on it, you can enter the bank details.

I used the path and as expected the bank details are not stored and the button is not shown as well.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Die Bankverbindung gilt nur für den Vertrag mit der ausgewählten Vertragsnummer. Möchtest Du Deine Kontodaten für mehrere Verträge aktualisieren? Dann ändere bitte Deine Bankverbindung für jeden Deiner Verträge separat - vielen Dank!

please note that i already sent the SEPA form last month and i just want to know now if the bank details were updated? Can you access to this information at your level and tell me which IBAN now is used? Can you send me by email my profile statement or something similar to check?

if you have selected your cable contract there and followed the above path, you will also see which bank details are stored for the cable contract. Did this work?

Indeed i followed the mentioned path making sure to select the cable contract.

As sent in my previous message, the bank details informations did not appear.
