Moving to new Address ! Please help!

Hello ,

I have an internet connection with Vodafone for 3 years now. We are moving to Berlin from Tettnang (BW) on 3 Feb 2022. Can we directly connect the Internet router to the new apartment? Will it work?

Could someone please help me . I have a new born baby and it is very stressful at the moment. Do I have to do anything from my side? the website doesnt work when I try to use services for moving.

sadly it won't work that easily, because of the different federal state.

The best thing would be to call the hotline, as there is only a little time left.
