Unable to access a specific website on my Vodafone network

Hello,

I'm unable to access a specific website ( https://community.talend.com ) on Vodafone (connection timeout) but when I switch to my phone's data (using O2) it works.

Any idea what's the problem? I tried to check if switching off the Firewall on http://192.168.0.1/ would make it work but it didn't.

thanks for that,- looks like its outside our network, can you test it via IPv4/IPv6 only? 🙂

I have rera PingPlotter (and I made sure that my work VPN is disconnected) but it seems like I'm getting a similar result:

please stick to the Pingplotter screenshots as they are easier to read. Can you access the website with the VPN? Which router do you use?

No I'm unable to access it through the VPN on the Vodafone network.

But I'm able to access it through my mobile network on my phone (O2) and from the office.

I'm using Vodafone's router (I guess it's called Standard WLAN-Kabel-Router).

Hello eminar13,

please activate the bridge mode in the customer portal and try it again. With the bridge mode the firewall from the router is disabled, the device at the LAN1 port (for example an own router) should do the job.
