You have to add your contract to your MeinVodafone profile. How to add your contract depends on which services you have booked.

Mobile phone -> as a mobile phone contract with phone number or customer number and customer password
DSL -> as DSL contract with customer number and online registration code
Cable in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse or Baden Württemberg -> as Cable contract in NRW, Hessen or BW with state, customer number, zip code and date of birth
Cable in the rest of Germany -> as Cable contract with customer number and activation code
