Thema "Betreff: Customer Number" in MeinVodafone & E-Mail

Customer Number

I have taken over Kabel-Power contract from my flatmate and have a customer number. But when I try to check my contract on “MeinVodafone”, it says this customer number is invalid and I cannot check it.

Every month I receive an Online Rechnung by email, but I cannot check this Rechnung on the website either because it says my customer number is invalid. (But the number I took over is the same as the one shown in the email)

It would be very nice if you could let me know how to solve this problem.

Hi,

at which point to you have the problem? For the login you need to use your username + password and not the customer number. Or do you have the problem when you try to add the contract to MeinVodafone?

If this is the case please choose the right option to add the contract:

If it is a cable contract (not DSL!) you have to choose the 3. option if you are NOT living in NRW/BW/HESSEN. If you are livin in NRW/BW/HESSEN you have to choose the last option.

Hi!

Thank you for your advice, but even I choose the 3. option and enter Kundennummer to apply for an activation code, it shows "This is not a valid customer number" and I cannot proceed.

My Kundennummer is definitely right, so what's the problem?

So I think you are living in NRW and it is an old Unity contract?
