Hello everyone,
I’m currently in France and have an urgent problem: The display of my old iPhone is completely broken and shows nothing. I can no longer use the device.
I already have a new iPhone here, but I can’t transfer the eSIM myself because Apple Quick Transfer requires confirmation on the old (defective) display. Logging into “My Vodafone” also fails because the SMS verification code is sent to the defective SIM/phone.
Could a moderator please help me activate a new eSIM profile (device swap) for my phone number? I need the QR code directly in my “My Vodafone” customer portal so I can scan it on my new iPhone.
I have my customer password and can exchange it via private message (PM) as soon as a moderator contacts me.

And as there was too much fraud using the online portal to send you eSIM profiles, these will only be sent as printout using regular mail to your registered postal address.
