Hello, I have signed the contract with a new phone today. And the estimated delivery date is KW.40, and it happen that I am on a trip that week. Can I make an appointment for the delivery date or request that it go to a DHL shop if I fail to receive it?

I try the methods in the link, but it always ends up in automatic reply which cannot understand my request. Is there a better way that I could contact directly with human service?
