Hallo, ich wollte mal in erfahrung bringen, wenn man ein Apple iphone 14 pro ohne Vertrag bei Vodafone bestellt ob es ein Branding hat oder ob es genau so ist als wenn man es direkt bei Apple bestellt?

Es hat auch mit Vertrag kein Branding, kannst du Problemlos bestellen, es wird jede Simkarte funktionieren

Alles klar, danke für die schnelle info, aber wieso ist dann bei vodafone der einzige anbieter der das Iphone noch lieferbar hat? das hatte mich etwas stutzig gemacht?

Er hat aber nicht nach Sim Lock gefragt, sondern nach Software Branding, sprich ob Vodafone seine eigenen Apps etc mit draufspielt und man beim Softwareupdate hinter herhinckt, und ich habe dies bisher immer gehabt bei Vodafone.

Dies kann sogar passieren wenn du eine Vodafone Karte in ein frei verkauftes Smartphone packts, da du die Hardware kaufst, aber nicht die Software, hängt vom Vertrag des Herstellers mit OS Hersteller ab, Google macht das gern bei Apple musst du bescheid sagen, würde mich wundern da Apple ja sein eigenes Software Branding betreibt.
