    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m hoping to get some help or see if anyone else has run into these two issues simultaneously.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Payment Status Not Updating:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; I have already paid my January invoice in full. However, when I log into my account online, it still shows the January bill as "Open" or outstanding. I want to make sure my account doesn't get flagged for a late payment since the money has already left my bank. Customer service from a Vodafone store have confirmed that the payment has indeed been processed, so it appears that it is only a website bug. But it could easily be confusing to keep track of future invoice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error Switching to Online Invoicing:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I’m trying to switch to digital/online invoicing. Every time I attempt to complete the registration for this, I get an error message and the system won't let me move forward.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It feels like my account might be "stuck" or out of sync. Has anyone else experienced these issues?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and using the mobile app, but the issues persist.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance for any advice!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
