Hi there
I was already a pre-paid mobile sim-cart and wanted to have contract instead of this
I was looking for the best plan (cheapest) but after signing my contract I found out that there is a contract special for under 28
and I am under 28 but the sale agent didn't mention anything about it when I was asking him about contract plans
Now that I know I could have a much cheaper contract I really want to cancel the current one. (I signed my contract today)

I’m afraid that you are stuck with that contract for 24 months.

unfortunately there is no legal option to withdraw from the contract if it was signed in the shop. However, you can try to ask the customer support if there is a opportunity to change. Contact the whatsapp service. Asking is always free.
