I have a vodafone contract and i would like the direct debit date to be on the 29th of every month. Is there a way to change it from mid month to the 29th

I'm not sure if you can choose a fix date for direct debit. But it's possible to change (one time I guess) the invoice period.

This change you can ask at the customer service by WhatsApp chat. There you can reach English speaking agents. --> WhatsApp/SMS Chat (between 7:30 - 22 daily).

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍
