      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 04.02.2025, I cancelled my mobile contract due to a mistake made by Vodafone. I cancelled the contract within the 14-day window, as per my rights, and I should not be required to pay any fees. However, I am now receiving an invoice for more than 100 euros, which is absolutely absurd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a customer, I have the right to cancel the contract within this period without incurring any charges. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, I am unable to view the invoice online because the contract is marked as concluded, which seems unreasonable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
