Contract cancellation due to move to Denmark

Hello.

I am moving back to my homeland, Denmark and want to cancel my subscription by end of February. I have been met in the store with racism. They called me a ***ty customer, I needed to go home to my home country and never come back. They also threatened with having my information and will make my life expensive and I will go back to DK with so much dept that I will pay for it for the rest of my life. They said nobody will believe me, cause they were one against 2. I tried to call customer service, but they yelled at me for not speaking German or they talked for 5-10 min and then hung up. I am afraid my personal data will be compromised and frustrated cause I can’t get help.
I just want to cancel all of it in peace, so I can move on.

Most of the stores are not operated by Vodafone but by independent agencies that make their money with selling contracts. They are not part of the Vodafone support system.

For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater. After you got forwarded to a human agent, the response will take some time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order. You report a move and will have to prove that you are leaving Germany. The contract then can get terminated with a 1 month notice.
