Following is the list of issues I'm currently facing:
1. I am unable to add a contract to my application. If I try to add it says the wrong verification code. If I try to resend the activation code it shows an error that my customer number is not valid.
2. There is no help in English, I've been trying out for many days and no one helps me to resolve the issues.
3. My cashback is still pending and not received. When will I get back?
4. What is my customer number and customer password? When I try to use XXXXXXXX it says it's incorrect.

What is wrong with the number 0172 1217212?

Have you saved it in your contacts and then this contact is not displayed in WhatsApp?

I have the same issue with adding a contract, and the number or WhatsApp you provided is answered by a bot named Tobi. He is not very helpful. Does he only respond during non-working hours?
