GigaZuHause 100mbps Kabel but only receiving 10 mbps

I recently installed my Vodafone station and my home internet contract is of 100mbps, however I am just receiving 10mbps, why is this happening? There are no disruptions around the area I live.

How did you take the measurements? Are you connected via WLAN or LAN?

Thanks for reaching out. I followed the instructions and connected to WLAN.

I'll be more descriptive: I connected the Router to the DATA-Anschluss, turned on the Router, waited for every light to be stabilized and white and then connected to the WLAN with the given password.
