&lt;P&gt;To change the customer password, you need the following form.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently ordered a mobile phone online and after picking it up and trying to follow the steps to activate my eSIM, ended up blocking my MyVodafone account due to entering an incorrect password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried visiting a Vodafone flagship store but was told to call the customer service as my phone was ordered online. I don’t speak German so am unable to get help over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way any of the Mods here is able to guide me thru the steps needed to reset my contract password, and remove the block on my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
