Hi TP5,

Usually customers with a terminated contract are automatically switched to the prepaid tariff CallYa Classic after termination.

If you have already canceled and have not yet received a notification via SMS, please contact our customer service colleagues.

Very useful information.

But when I went to vodafone mobilfunk prepaid, and click callYa prepaid sim order, entered all the details and click verify identity: it says your number is already with vodafone so we can not port it. Check your vodaone app it any offers are available? But I donot see any offers in my app. Please advise. Thanks

Hi @argrao,

Within the same provider you can't start a porting.

@Jens-K wrote the information you need, when you still have a VF contract.

You have to cancel your current contract and during the cancellation process you can choose the option "Nach Vertragslaufzeit in CallYa wechseln" (or so on).
