Contract letter not recieved from Vodafone

Hi, I ordered Vodafone connection through Check24 and it was installed on 28.06.2024. I have not received any contract letter from Vodafone since then (today is 01.06.2024) , but I received the activation code letter BEFORE it was even installed..
I did not receive the contract letter or any letter with the customer no. in it. I can't even contact customer support because they ask for the customer no. which I don't have because it was supposed to be in the letter that never come.
I need help on what to do now.
