Hello,

I moved from Germany to USA and I need to cancel my eSIM/phone contract. I submitted the form online in my account. Then I received an email to sign a form and send back to Vodafone for termination. However, there is no email to send this back to. They sent me this form via a 'Do Not Reply' email and I cannot find another email on their website. Where do I sent this form to cancel?

Hi @Michelle12,

There isn't a direct email address to VF.

Use the contact form instead.

Important: write a fictive password in form row "Kunden- oder Teilnehmerkennwort". Otherwise you can't send the form to Vodafone. Don't ask me why but only with it works.
