Hi,

I recently changed my callya to postpaid. I wanted to add this contract to my “mein Vodafone” but i need my customer password which i never received. Could you please help me to get the customer password.

You have to get a new customer password with the InfoDok 265. How you can send this form via contact form I described here.

thank you for your reply. As far as i understand, i will fill the form as a callya user. I want to confirm because i recently changed my contract to gigamobil. Thank you again for your help.

This form to create a new customer password is for CallYa as well as for contracts too. 😃
