    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m new to Germany and not good enough with German yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered for Cable internet for my home. Followed the instructions for the self-installation but unable to get the connection working. Power/Cable LED is keep blinking. I tried to troubleshoot with GetConnected and Connection Assistant features but it doesn’t help and I was asked to contact hotline. Since, I’m not good with German, I’m having hard time to reach out with hotline support. Looking forward for resolution here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
