Hallo,

Die Rabatte, die auf meinem Konto angewendet wurden und in meiner Vertragszusammenfassung aufgeführt sind, erscheinen nicht auf meiner Rechnung. Es muss illegal sein, dass Vodafone gegen das verstößt, was in meinem Vertrag steht. In Ihrem System liegt offensichtlich ein Fehler vor. Bitte helfen Sie mir, vielen Dank.

Die Black Friday-Rabatte und der UNiDAYS-Rabatt in meinem Vertrag sind auf meiner Rechnung nicht sichtbar. Bitte helfen Sie mir.

I reached your colleagues via these contact channels (both WhatsApp and customer service), they could not fix my problem.

I still need help, and that's unacceptable, Vodafone clearly violates my contract.

Ich habe versucht, sie anzurufen, ihnen eine SMS auf WhatsApp zu schreiben und ihnen eine E-Mail zu senden. Es gab überhaupt keine Hilfe, ich werde absichtlich ignoriert. Meine Rechte werden gefressen, sie verletzen unseren Vertrag und ich werde mich bald nicht mehr zurückhalten.

Bitte senden Sie mir eine SMS an meine persönliche Nummer, damit wir das Problem besprechen und lösen können.

And if you start at any point whining about your rights - if not forced no one at there right mind wants to touch that s* show of emotional manipulation

aaannddd if your sentence starts with anything else then "Black Friday and Unidays discounts are not booked" - your just wasting your time.

Aaaaannnndddd some discounts are calculated retrospectively - so if this your first bill ....

Thanks. Yes it's the first bill, ""Aaaaannnndddd some discounts are calculated retrospectively - so if this your first bill .... "" where can I learn more about this? Thank you for the last sentence, I couldn't get this from a single employee from all the ones that I spoke to.
