Moin, ich möchte gerne meinen gigacube Tarif wechseln, doch immer wenn ich die Schaltfläche für Tarif wechseln im Vodafone center betätige kommt diese Meldung:

Error 404--Not Found From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

Kann mir da irgendwer helfen, oder kann man den Tarif gleich auf anderen Wege ändern?

Hast Du schonmal einen anderen Browser probiert oder über die MeinVodafone-App?
Ansonsten kann der Tarif auch über den Kundenservice geändert werden. Melde Dich gerne über einen der anderen Kanäle. (z.B über Facebook / X (ehem. Twitter) per direct message).
