Hi,

I have moved to the UK, and I need to end my contract, but my login is not working anymore and the email for a new login never arrives. Also my chip is not working anymore, how can I contact Vodafone to request that?

Do you want to terminate your mobile phone contract? When I recommend to get in contact with VF about the provided contact channels. I recommend one of the both social media channels.
