[English] - Very bad connectivity inside my house

Hey team,

We recently moved to a new apartment, and there is a very bad network connection inside our house and in the area around. PLZ 13469

I usually need to keep the phone somewhere close to the windows if I'm waiting for a call and when someone does call me I need to go outside because we can't have a conversation over the phone.

And the internet is EDGE at best when I get any coverage

Would appreciate your help and support

Sadly there are still many areas with poor mobile phone/mobile internet coverage. To make matters worse customers can not demand a good coverage at a specific location, so at the moment you are out of luck. You could try asking via Twitter or Facebook support in English if they know anything about planned actions to better the situation, by setting up new antennas for example. If available, an alternative would be a land line connection via DSL, cable or Glasfaser.

If you already use a landline at home, you can also use Wifi Calling with your Vodafone mobile phone contract to solve the problem.
