Hello

I unfortunately have to leave Germany and need to cancel my DSL contract

I do not speak German so used the below email address several times

kundenservice@vodafone.com

I have also called the Hotline a number of times and every single time I cannot speak English so there is no help this way.

I would really appreciate any help!! I can see many have had this problem before but there was no visible solution

I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving germany.

There is no dedicated / direct emailadresse from the customersupport.
You can either use this form on our homepage.
Or sent it via letter / fax:
