Hi,

I started contract with Vodafone with iPhone 13 mini in 07.2022 and got the deal of getting back 100 euros for new customer. I thought that it would be automatically deducted to my monthly invoices. However, it actually needed me to claim via My Vodafone app within first month. I did not know it until I checked with Check24 where I got the contract from.

Is it possible for me to claim it back now?
