Bill Payment Problem

Hi everyone!

I have been trying to contact Vodafone via phone but no one speaks English. I need to speaks with someone about my payments. I have paid last month bill (December 2022) and I'm pretty sure. But, this amount money shows as unpaid for the January 2023.

I hope someone answers me thru here because you don't have any email adress where I can write and when I try call no one helps me.
